Duggan's Service & Sales

Today I had my third appliance delivered from Duggans and I will never buy from anyone else. Not only did I get a good price, but their service and delivery was perfect. From picking the day I needed to delivery associates who were knowledgeable and courteous and all-around good guys. It reminded me what real service is!

Service technician from Duggan's came out to look at my dishwasher. Told me that the problem it was having with mold was not something he could fix and that the unit would have to be replaced. Report he filed with the manufacturer (because the unit was under warranty) stated that the dishwasher was fine with no problems. Called to follow up on this discrepancy and was told that the technician never said the unit had to be replaced, I could not speak with him to clarify the situation, and they could not help me. If my version of events is correct, Duggan's staff were lying. If their version is correct, they were unable to even attempt to fix a known problem (just google Bosch dishwasher and mold to see the reports). In either case, I would certainly recommend seeking out a different business for your appliance needs.

Requested service back in September on my washer. Serviceman here on September 30, 2016. Gentleman said he would call and return the next week with a part for the washer. Never heard from him. I phoned the store back in October and was told by the service manager that the part was special order and he would call when the part was in. It is now the end of November and I never heard back from the store. If not interested in the repair service, wish the staff would have just told me!
