The Eye Institute Is an Amazing place!

I had iLASIK at the Eye Institute and I am thrilled with the outcome. The doctors and the staff were all top notch! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

The doctors at this practice are truly wonderful. I had the opportunity to listen to the talk about modern techniques in cataract surgery last winter and was blown away with their knowledge. This practice contains expertise for cataract surgery and LASIK eye surgery as well as a bunch of other eye care services.

Unfortunately, the customer service/PR was lacking especially in regards to social media. I among several others voiced our concerns on to thier Facebook site. Some did an official review while others posted on thier wall. Instead of responding they DELETED yes DELETED all the negative reviews, questions, concerns and comments. Which had to do with dishonesty and lack of.communication. So thier social media is 100% positive. So how many negative reviews or concerns have they been deleting? I've heard they do great work but now I'm concerned... Trust with this company is lacking.

I had PRK eye laser surgery and I had a great experience here! I feel like I was truly cared about by the staff and doctor's. I ended up going with PRK because my eyes are very sensitive and I had dry eye problems. They were really good about explaining the process and answering all of my questions. It has been 3 months since my surgery and I am 110% happy with my results! I can see perfectly without glasses/contacts. I have always had a dry eye problem and I'm currently taking Restasis for that and will continue to for a while. My dryness has stayed the same since I had the surgery. I would highly recommend BH Regional Eye Institute for your eye surgery needs!!

I had terrible outcome from my cataract surgery. I lost my distant vision and need glasses for everything. My vision seems to be getting worse still
