I called to schedule a service. A man on the phone asked me what the problem was. I was trying to explain, when he interrupted me to tell me that I could fix it with a switch of a button. When I told him that I already tried what he was suggesting I should do, he got inpatient and accused me of not listening to him, wished me good luck and hung up on me. This never happened to me in my life. I guess for some people it is common to hang up on people. Where I come from, that is considered "extremely rude," In short, "No idea of customer service there." I am glad I did not hire them for anything. I will never call them again! Good luck to who calls there!
