Hello everyone! Owing to my wonderful experience at Briggs Chaney clinic , i thought of writing this review. Last month i had to take my aunt to a doctor for UTI symptoms, it was a Friday and i couldnt get an appointment from her regular doctor. So i came here and my experience was beyond expectation. First of all the place is way too big and nice than what it looks like from outside. Staff is very friendly , made me feel at home the moment i stepped in. We were taken to the exam room without any unnecessary delays. The MA was very polite and nice. Then came Dr.Ross , who is such a pleasant doctor to talk to. My aunt was so comfortable throughout the encounter and felt so relieved just by talking to him.My aunt is feeling so better now.With such a nice experience i thought its worth writing a review and recommending it to others. I hope you have equally good an experience too.

I went in very sick and was seen by the physicians Assistant named Arinze Bosah. What a rude and condescending man. He told me that my symptoms can't be true. He continued to roll his eyes as he spoke to me making me feel as if I was a burden although I was paying upright with no insuarance. He wrote me a prescription and when I asked him about it- he refused to give me information as if I was asking him to change it. I. Don't go to this place- there are many urgent cares around and this place is as bad as they come. If ur paying money might as well be seen by a doctor who knows what they are doing than a conceited PA with an attitude.

i paid through my nose for this so called convenient clinic. i asked if they accepted my insurance before i went to the Briggs Chaney walk in clinic. The lady at the front desk took my card and after dabbling with it in the back, came back and told me that they did accept my insurance. mind you i had also verified before travelling the 20 miles there that they would indeed accept my insurance. This place was terrible. I waited forever to get a doctor and he did not seem to undersand or have a reasonable explanation for my issues. luckily for me, i already knew which medications i needed so once i got him to prescribe them, i left. Three months later i get several phone calls and solicitations from a credit agency threatening to ruin my credit if i do not pay for that service. As it urns out, they did not accept my insurance after all. Talk about incompetence!

Everyone here is helpful and caring. They were able to work around my busy schedule and were always patient with me. I am one of those people with dental phobia but they made it all relatively painless. I recommend everyone should go here.
