Atlas Floors Carpet One

Wonderful Team and products. We have used Atlas for several projects on our home remodeling. The team has always gone above and beyond expectations. Great product selections too! Installation team was very professional. We love the plush feel of our new bedroom carpet.

Our salesperson, Sandy Cheatham, did a wonderful job helping us make decisions and even suggested we wait 2 weeks for a sale which saved us a lot of money to get the top carpet and pad. The installation crew did a great job and paid attention to detail. Great experience.

Sandy Cheatham was our salesperson and she was excellent. She came to our house measured, gave us an estimate working in all possible discounts. I went into the store a couple of times and she was always helpful. She gave me great advice on picking out the carpet. I would send her an email and she very quickly responded. Always kept us up to date on status of project. Our installers, Dan and Mike were also great. We got a call they were on their way and arrived right on time. They worked all day without break or lunch. From 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. They moved all our furniture and installed carpet. Everyone we had occasion to meet and work with at Atlas were professional and friendly. We will certainly use them again and will recommend to friends and relatives. Also, the carpet looks great!!!!

What a great team. Sherry Young came to my home and measured then made my showroom appointment. I wanted a change and it didn't take long for us to find the right match. The installation team was respectful and meticulous. They saw the order/diagrams and re-did the math. The corrections would make my living walking areas seamless! I watched while they took out the old, cleaned and prepped the area and laid the new. Will try to use them on more projects.

We had an overall Great experience! We worked with Sherry Young and she was very patient and accommodating as we worked through the process of re-carpeting our entire home. After several visits and numerous samples, we found a carpet that we were happy with and now that it is installed, love. Sherry's follow up and advice were terrific. We were pleased with the price and the installers (Dan and Mike) as the installation process and final result is first class.

I had been putting off replacing the carpet in our master bedroom and hallways until I could find a company that I felt I could trust with the job. After researching local businesses I went with Atlas Floors. I am so glad I did. From the moment I started working with Sandy I knew I was in good hands. She was so helpful with carpet selection and her attention to detail helped calm any worries I may have had. She was in constant contact to make sure everything was going smoothly and I was happy. Danny, the carpet installer, did an amazing job. He was a perfectionist when it came to laying carpet. He made sure it was perfect. I appreciated the care they both took with the job. I will definitely be contacting them in the future to handle other rooms in my house.

We are so thankful we selected Atlas Floors! Our home has been transformed from mediocre and become more lovely than we imagined! We received superb customer care from Ken, our Atlas Floors contact - our every question and concern was addressed quickly and accurately. The people who laid our flooring were courteous, timely and did an excellent job. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and we plan to use Atlas Floors again when we replace our upstairs floors.

We called Atlas Floors and talked to Ken about getting a quote on a lot of carpet and some hardwood floors during our complete remodel. Ken was on time and extremely knowledgeable on all types of floors. Their price was competitive and I really took a liking to Ken as he seemed like an honest hard working guy. When it came time to install they blew us away, they installed about 2,000 sq ft of carpet and 206 sq ft of hardwood in one day (w/ 2 crews). We worked with a lot of different contractors and had a few bad experiences but we are in love with our new floors. Would surely refer to anyone looking to get a great job done on their floors.
