H&R Block

Do not order from this restaurant. I called in an order for the first time to this restaurant for delivery a little before 9pm. I was told they would deliver the food in 20-25 minutes. 45 minutes later I called them back and the woman said the driver had left the restaurant and was on his way. I called back at 9:55pm, just before they were supposed to close (at 10pm), and no answer! So now it is after 10pm and I don't know whether this delivery driver is showing up with my food or not! They just plain dropped the ball. Terrible service - very unreliable. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. It will certainly be my last time! That's too bad because they are located right around the corner from my house, which makes it even more baffling that it would take long at all!!!
