buyer beware!!!!!

I went to this store to buy a Cricket phone with the navigator on it. I told then I wanted the navigator activated for me before I purchased it. They said no problem. They couldn't get the phone to work with the navigator. So I told them never mind then, that was the whole reason for buying it. Now get this, I had to pay $15.00 to have my old phone back and working. I never even touched the new phone. It cost me $15 to walk out of that store with the same phone i had when i walked in. And all because they had a defective phone. So beware these people are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
