Very gentle. Dr. Jeppson is very empathetic and kind. I've always been scared of the dentist, but I feel comfortable here.

Always great service. I feel so relaxed during my cleanings because of the skilled staff. Dr. Jeppson is very knowledgeable and personable.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr. Jeppson made it so easy. He answered all my questions, took his time, and completed quality service. I've recommended him to my brother and will continue to recommend him to others. His office is incredibly nice, his staff is nice, and he is great.

You can always expect the best service from Dr. Jeppson and his staff. They are all very qualified and skilled individuals. I would recommend them above all others!

I was referred to Dr. Jeppson when I had some pain from a bad root canal a previous dentist had messed up. I have major anxiety so it was only an extreme amount of pain that forced me to go, but as soon as I walked into the office I was put immediately at ease. The decor is comfortable and inviting and the staff treated me like an old friend. (It helped that Gilmore Girls was playing on the TV above the chair while they were cleaning my teeth!) Then, as I met with Dr Jeppson, he immediately found the problem and gave me options on what I could do about it. He was kind and clear and helped me get my teeth fixed and out of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Jeppson!

Although Dr. Joe is a great dentist and has a good "bedside" manner, his office is made more successful because of the assistance of his office staff and hygienists. I've been going to see Dr. Joe for over 10 years and will stay with him as long as I can.

I am a student here in Provo and at first I was nervous to start coming to a new dentist, but once I came in to Dr. Jeppson's office,I knew it would be a good experience. All the staff were so great and genuinely nice! The paperwork was super easy which is always a plus :) And no wait time! I came in one time for an uncomfortable and high filling and Dr.Jeppson fixed it free of charge. A big plus is you can make your appointment online and they're very flexible with what works for you as a patient. I would highly recommend Jeppson Dental!

When my family moved away from Orem a few years ago, we thought we could find another dentist like Dr. Jeppson in northern Utah County. After two dentists and several frustrations, we decided it was worth travelling from Lehi down to Provo for the most professional dentistry we have ever had. My extended family now goes to Dr. Jeppson.

Parking is really easy, everyone was friendly, and they had me in and out quick.

We love Jeppson Dental office! His staff is so caring and they help explain anything that might not make sense to you. He's also got a very nice facility that is always clean and organized.

Always friendly. The staff is stable and experienced. I don't really have much to say. I guess that is what happens when the people you are working with get it all right the first time and leave you no bones to pick.

I've seen plenty of dentists in my life and haven't had great experiences with most of them. Dr. Jeppson has definitely changed that for me. Great dentist! Does great work and is friendly and nice. Even when I lived in Salt Lake County, I would drive to see Dr. Jeppson. His staff is great! It always surprises me that they know who I am.

I am not from Provo, but I really needed to visit a dentist. I found Jeppson Dental online and decided to make an appointment. I am so glad that I did! Dr. Jeppson's office is amazing - filled with such a nice, helpful staff and state of the art technology. I wasn't just another patient, but someone that they really cared about. They were very efficient in helping me get in and out and took the time to explain my procedures in detail. I am sure that I'll be referring my friends to Jeppson Dental in the future. I was treated as if I had been a patient there my entire life.

I've been going to Jeppson Dental for about 3 years now and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Jeppson really takes time to explain what's going on with your teeth and answers any questions or concerns that you may have. I've had to take my now two year old son with me a few times and they've been great at keeping him entertained while I'm getting my teeth cleaned and Dr. Jeppson even took the time to look in his mouth to get him comfortable with going to the dentist. Great place!

I don't like dentists in general, but I really like Dr. Jeppson. He always makes me feel comfortable and always does only what is necessary.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had yesterday in getting a new crown, or the results of the procedure. Dr. Jeppson was so thorough, gentle and efficient in getting my tooth taken care of. He has a special machine that actually makes the crown while you wait and sit in a massage chair. No need to have a temporary crown, or go back for another appointment. It was awesome!!!

Jeppson Dental is awesome. I have a dental phobia and when I broke my tooth,I was in no shape to even try and call a dentist. Recommended by a friend, Jeppson Dental took me in, made me feel as comfortable as possible and basically held my hand during anxiety attacks. They are very good, gentle and very concerned with my mental and dental well being. I may be able to overcome this fear with this dentist.

Everyone at Jeppson Dental is professional and kind. They care about the individual and will do everything they can to help their patients. I was there for pre-mission work and check-up and they bent over backwards to help me get finished quickly and inexpensively. They were very clear about what they'd done for my teeth and the dentist even personally went over the X-rays with me. They also cleaned my teeth quickly,painlessly and efficiently. My mom said she'll send all her missionaries to Jeppson Dental.
