I called today and was told the woman I spoke to couldn't help me and she would pass a message along... I've been told this for months with no response... Not only that... I'll tell you most of the time I can't get a live person on the phone. She didn't know any information about scheduling. She was nice but as soon as I mentioned Alec she said they are understaffed and Alec is one of the owner's sons. Heck, I'm still appalled at the fact that they don't even acknowldege when you are scheduled... We have biweekly cleanings and have been told so many times they maybe they need to come out "more than once a week"... Hmmm, maybe this is not the profession for them if they can't keep their schedule straight because even though we are scheduled for twice a month they may come once a month if we are lucky

They have one of the nicest hot tub stores in Huntsville and a great staff. Worth the stop if you are looking.

They were my contractor that built and continue to service my pool. The design was by Lucas Lagoons and was featured on Animal Planet under "Insane Pools: Off The Deep End." They built an incredible pool with many features. Gary and his crew couldn't be better at their job and continue to be a top notch service company.

They're convenient - near me so I can pick up chemicals and some parts. However, some parts are never available. One specific example - tail clamp for Polaris 280. A $3 part (that's worth less than $1) and never in stock or available after multiple requests. Service calls (used 2 or 3 times) not too difficult to schedule & fairly timely but big issue here. Called for a pump repair. Pump was repaired and the charge included a "diagnostic fee" of $95 which I was told was to ensure the problem that was fixed was actually fixed & there was no other problem. The issue is that the pump still didn't work & a second service call was required to fix the original problem - which included another "diagnostic fee". Turns out the issue was with the motor which was under warranty but I was still charged. Still trying to resolve this. Also, tried several times to get quotes for liner and salt system - always promised but never delivered. Guess they don't need the work.

Never use this business again their pricing is yo high
