Cherry Hill Animal Clinic

When I moved into area from out of state I was pleased to find a clinic so close to my home.
I spent upwards of $500 for routine care(exam and needed vaccines for my cat and dog.
I was pleased with the clinic for routine care needed.
But when I really needed emergency care for my cat on a Thursday afternoon for a swelling neck and potential airway issue I was told they were "too busy" to see my cat. They gave me the address of an emergency clinic to go to.
Gave me the wrong address which was distressing and stressful as my cat was having breathing issues!
What good is a vet office if they won’t see your animal when it’s an emergency???
My advice is take your pets elsewhere!

Today was my first time coming to this vet, they got me in the day I called and were so nice and extremely helpful! They showed me the prices & options of what I could do for my pet before doing anything! They explained everything very well & most importantly took great care of my cat :) I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much cherry hill animal clinic for the great service & prices !!

I no longer use this clinnic, why, I amn working 6 days a week right now and my dog either sprained her knee or blew it out. I called to get pain meds until I could get her in (9 days later). I was told NO it had been just over 1 year since her last well visit. REALLY because you have treated both of my dogs for 8 years. Whatever. I will no longer recommend this clinnic to anyone.

The staff is so compassionate and caring toward both the pet and the owner. I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. The facility is always clean.
