AAA Cooling Specialists

I called in to set an appointment to install a new programmable thermostat and they came out to do it the same day! Everyone was very helpful and professional and they took time to explain how to use the new equipment. Highly recommended!

Non-responsive to requests, I dont recommend. I had to pay for an inspection fee in order to get a bid to repair the HVAC units. This cost $170 just for them to look at the units. After one week of emails to them with no respose I still do not have a bid to repair the units. I am glad that the property is vacant...how could someone live in a home with this heat and no AC. Looks like a I wasted $170 for them to come take a look. If they didnt want to do the work at least let me know instead of ignorig me. And secondly, if they didnt want the job how can they still charge for looking at it. Now I have to start over and pay another inspection fee? I have used this company multiple times in the past but time to move on to a more professional and caring company.

It's very obvious that they care about their customers, they care about the quality of their work, and they do good work for people.
