A GREAT buying experience! I found exactly what I was looking for online. Stopped in and Brittany offered me a test drive, and had a carfax for me when I returned. No pressure when I stated I would need a few days before I could return and purchase. Brittany was quick to reply to my texts and emails over next few days (even one on a Sunday when closed) The morning I purchased Keith had my new Toyota pulled up and ready for me. Brittany had all my papers ready to sign. NO HIDDEN FEES or games, just straight forward and honest. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a pre owned car to Global Auto Sales. This car dealer from Spring TX is the worst. After many years of loyal business with them and one car purchased they have crossed the line when it comes to shady business practices. My credit is not the best so companies like this prey on folks like I. I was in the process of paying and getting insurance because my tags were about to expire11/11 and was behind 300.00 for which I was going to pay on the 4th as agreed but wouldn't you guess it they came and towed my car and stiffed me with a 300.00 bill for doing so. Also I have been paying on the car for one year. I admit I was a few payments back for which I made up for by getting another car for him that someone owed from Mexico. Cost me much more then what I had to pay back to them. But none the less I accepted there deal on forgiving me of the past payment in return of the lost car. Anyways when I called them on the matter I was told that I owed 1,300.00 and could not get my car back they told me I was 3 payments behind and also owed them for towing my car for which they messed up the bumper in the process and tried to blame me for that for which I have pictures of where they towed it from where there is a huge gash in the ground most likely from the front bumper scraping and coming lose. I will never in my life recommend this company to anyone. If you want to throw your money away on later model cars be my guest but you will be on the loosing end soon. They will ether come up with a reason to town your car after many payments or you will just be stiffed with a junk car. They sold me mine with a big dent. It was a Maroon Grand Marquis with many problems. Keith will seem like a nice person to your face but will ultimately screw you. Take my word for it stay far far far far away.
