Ballard Modern Dentistry

I waited for one month before posting this review. I was hoping someone would get back to me or at least acknowledge the fact that I am experiencing pain and suffering due to the very uncomfortable denture made by the Ballard Modern Dentistry. However, after making multiple inquiries during the past couple of weeks and receiving zero response, I decided to share the contents of my actual email sent to Ballard Modern Dentistry on May 25, 2017, so at least people could read and decide for their own if they want to risk their health with this dentistry or find a better solution.

To the Ballard Modern Dentistry team:

My name is Rahim Khiavchi. I am 76 years old. I have been your patient since September 2016.

I am writing to you in regards to the denture you built for me. I have had a never ending struggle with this denture ever since I started using it to the point that I decided to put it away and started seeing a new dentist.

Although adjustments have been made, unfortunately this denture simply does not work for me, and no matter how long and hard I have tried, wearing it does not bring anything to me other than pain and frustration. As of now I am dealing with irritating mouth sores caused by this loose and very uncomfortable denture that keeps coming off easily even when the adhesive gel is applied.

I have started seeing a new dentist and started a whole new procedure and of course I have had to pay additional expenses which is not what I had planned for initially.

As a kind request, it would be highly appreciated and very helpful if you could consider issuing a refund for me.
