        Extremely Healing!

        I haVe to say I haven't done hot yoga before, but I absolutely love this place. warm, but very clean carpet, not too full, slow and not too fast! Didn't use a microphone, (which is a huge peeve of mine) I just felt healing in every way. Thank you Frankie!!!
