        Well first off i live in townville.. On the Anderson county side...call to check the rate so that i can go to work tomorrow only to be told it will be 45 or more!!! Then the girl hung up on me!!!! Wow thats great service!!!! Thanks

        Just happened a few minutes ago. I called two hours prior to a pick up to schedule a pick up. The dispatcher asked for my address three times and I spelled it out for him twice. He said "OK will be there".10 minutes after the scheduled pick up TIme I called and said the cab wasn't there. I re-spelled the address for the dispatcher and he said he had it wrong the first time and that "a cab will be there". Another ten minutes go by (now 20 min past the pick up time scheduled originally) so I call back to ask for an ETA. The dispatcher says "10 min" to which I responded "I needed to be at my destination now but fine". Another ten minutes go by and still nothing. Now 30 minutes PAST a scheduled pick up time. I call back for the third time and tell them to cancel. I noted how it is unacceptable and the response was "not really, but alright we will cancel"Didn't offer an apology or an explanation. I am now 15 minutes late for an important appointment which will cost me a lot. Do NOT USE THEM

        Wouldn't recommend. I called around 5:30 and had to call back at 6 when my cab didn't arrive, only to be hung up by the driver, Davie Louis, after he tried to argue that he was there, honked and I never came out. But that doesn't make sense to me, because I was sitting outside the entire time...
