These guys blew us away! We recently had a local move performed by Elite. My husband and I both have experience in the moving industry, so we thought we knew what to expect, but Sandro, Raul & co impressed us with their teamwork, organization skills, and genuine hard work.
Although we were unprepared, they worked efficiently and took everything in stride, making it all look like a breeze. The truck was clean, the movers were friendly, conscientious, smiling, and they got the job done fast.
I don't really want to move again, but if I have to, I am confident that Elite will be the ones I call.

The staff at the business office were very polite and extremely helpful with making sure I had everything I needed for my move. They made sure I understood the estimate and the entire process. I received several phone calls reaffirming that things were a go. The day of my move I received a call from the office saying the movers were running late due to an earlier move. The moving crew arrived and got to loading the truck immediately. I began to worry about the timeline because I could only move in my new place between certain hours. Well, they guys pulled it off with plenty time to spare. They were so quick that the move came in under the estimated cost. I don't see myself switching to any other company should I need a moving service again.

Horrible movers. Never hire them. They broke/damaged numerous items both through poor packing and in the truck. I am in contact with company regarding damages and they keep putting me off.

They give you what I suspect is a purposefully low balled estimate to hook you, tell you it'll be 7-14 days after they pick it up, send you a 25 page contract so that they know you for sure won't read every last detail, charge you almost 200% of the estimate, sassily tell you that you should have read the contract more carefully because it's 7-14 business days from the first day of available drop off, lie to you and tell you it will leave Chicago on Tuesday, tell you on Tuesday (after you call) that it actually isn't leaving until the weekend and they can't tell you a specific day of the weekend, when the weekend ends and you call them they let you know it's not actually leaving until Wednesday, then going to spend apparently 3-7 days in Georgia before it finally gets to you 1 ENTIRE MONTH after pick up. By the way, that's after the contracted 7-14 "business days" and has caused us to use more money replacing things on that truck than we saved by not going with a reputable business.

I'm giving one star because negative ratings aren't possible.
For anyone planning a move, do yourself a favor and hire ANYONE else. You'll be glad you did. Absolutely the worst experience EVER!

Elite moving helped me out in a pinch, i had to move quickly because of work to California and they were able to help me right away. They explained everything as well from how much it was going to cost (which was low) to almost exactly how long it was going to take to move all of my furniture and belongings. You really helped me out elite moving thank you!

I have no recommendations to improve your services. Keep doing what you are doing. The fellows were prompt, courteous, and efficient.From the second i called them to the minute they left the new house, they were respectable and courteous to me and my family. I appreciate the fantastic job that elite moving managed to pull off, best moving experience i have ever had!

I have used Elite Moving services twice in the past six months. I was very happy with the service. From the sales rep Dennis to the movers everyone was very helpful. The movers came and worked very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

zero stars. final item (aside from those declared lost by the company) delivered six weeks after contract date. so much damage to moved items and new home that the list for the insurance claim was four pages long. maintain their bbb rating by lying; they told the bbb that the contested item had been delivered weeks before it was delivered. only the final delivery driver showed any initiative or concern for customer service.

Make sure they call 30 minutes ahead of arrival time so a person can be ready. I understand I probably was the first one on the list, but I felt a bit rushed before they arrived. They called at 7:30 and told me they would arrive in 10 minutes. My scheduled time was between 8 and 9. However they started the clock time at 8 which I appreciated very much.

There was a bit of a communication gap with the driver when I was trying to give him directions to the loading bay. But this was quickly taken care of by a call to customer-service. Cost is also always any issue but I think your pricing is very competitive.
