Downtown Salon Suites

Our stylist is wonderful however, the owner was very rude and impatient with our toddler boys who were there (we were in the salon for less than 40 minutes, mind you). If you don't want children there, don't list 9 years and under as part of your services. We've been going here for over a year and this just may have been our last time!

I ADORED MY STYLIST JANIE.....did a DRAMATIC CHANGE and she was meticulous and made me at ease....i WILL REFER HER TO EVERYONE!!!

Absolutely the WORST! The owner of Uptown and Downtown Salon Suites is the most unprofessional person you could ever find. I went in for a TRIM and she quoted a price more than twice what most places charge saying she was a full service salon, not like Supercuts. Well, let me tell you, Supercuts has never spent the time they were cutting my hair talking on their cell phones! She was so busy talking on her cell phone WHILE cutting that she didn't listen to me and chopped off my bangs that I had been growing for a year. Now they are back in my face and I have to deal with growing them out for another year. She is horrible! Even after that when I insisted she just straighten it so I could get the heck out of there she cut it to the side, though I told her OVER and OVER I part it in the middle. She said she thought I should part it to the side. It's MY hair! So with a year of growing my bangs out down the tubes I am back at day one. I can't believe how unprofessional she is. Her name is De De and she is absolutely the worst hairstylist in the whole country. A five year old with a blindfold would be less risky than her!
