Thank you Suffolk auto glass for or excellent service. Unfortunately I don't know the young mans name who was a great help with figuring out what was going on with my rear windshield defogger. I had the glass replaced twice from another glass company and the rear defogger never worked ( after telling me everything was fine and I shouldn't have any problems) the young man from Suffolk auto glass saw that the connectors to hook up the wires for the defogger were missing on the glass the other company installed as was the one on the glass he was about to install. He made a quick call to the office, where they promptly ordered another glass fully intact of the connectors needed to hook up for the rear defogger. You may not think this was awesome, but after dealing with this other company who did horrible workmanship twice since September, this was a great deal to me. They were polite, efficient, and curtious keeping in touch with me and my insurance company about what was going on and "they" got the job done right.......
