Pro Nails

I just moved and was lookin for a place closer than vero mall and i get recommended by neighbor to them. I get a mani pedi every week and eyebrows lip ect. I tip well. I am not a yelper really. I was just appaled. I switched to gel manicure because i chip off polish at work. I got them last week at Tiffanys in ind riv mall but its thirty miles roundtrip. After today ill drive there. I came at five and waited half hour. I like my cuticle trimmed and nails cleaned and mostly why i get them done. After he explained that is a gel manicure and its thirty i agreed. I know he buffed them but after i scrubbed i saw hanging skin and cuticle so i picked up nippers and spent five minutes trimming it. The nail tech did the process of it all okay and sent me to scrub saying they were dry. I washed them and my thumbs werent and my two pointers got bubbles. I also saw that polish was darker some nails than others due to thickness. He was ready to go home and tired but my nails werent dry and not my fault. He fixed thumbs and by now said he was done. I had clear puddled around each nail. Rough edges dry spots and asked about the manicure including lotion or massage like every other place ive ever been to and was told no. Not included. But they charged ne five extra dolars for one. At this point i just want to pay and leave and even tip. He goes to get his wife and says can u do her nails. She was rude and defensive and asked if i paid yet. I said no but i offered to twenty minutes ago before polish. She then told me dont worry dont pay. And goodbye. I asked if this ws their best work? I also asked if they would like to just try to take off excess and few more minutes to fix. I then said it was not about the money and threw 37 dollars down and that was a twenty two percent tip and he threw it on the ground. I then walked out saying that they just lost a new customer and i will be reviewing them. I was horrified they would act like that in front of a child and another customer. Im digusted. The only thing left for them to do is pour on gas and light the match. Collect insurance money. I was not even done at seven fifteen. Two hours and thank god i didnt get eyebrows too. Can only imagine. By the way i see the hours posted online as closed 8 pm. I guess thats also misleading since they were locking up as i left at 715.
