Honig Family Practice

The doctor & nurse there are wonderful but the stuff are not. I think one lady is name is Rita( I could be wrong) everytime I talk to her she makes me feel so uncomfortable, I can never finish a sentence! Always makes me feel like I am dumb
A specialist asked for me to contact my nurse to give her information, I left a voicemail on Friday & my Tuesday I had heard nothing so I called & ask if she got the message & what should I do??
In a Nasty tone told me "Well she is on vacation for 2 wks so you will just have to wait until then!
Calmly I said I also see Dr. Hoing, can you give him the message? In even more of a Nasty tone, she said he is busy with Patients & do not have time for you, still I in a calming voice said well I am a Patient, I will even make an appointment to ask the question & give him the information because I am suffering now & SHE SAID NO!
I know you are thinking this women must be Twisting the truth & there more to the story for the Receptionist to talk to her that way.
I am sorry to say No, I did nothing to Provoke This behavior :(

POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE!!!



I was reading Stu K's review from 2011 and it looks like nothing has changed. The staff is nasty, doesn't communicate much with the customer, if at all, and I waited two hours to be seen without ever being seen! Needless to say I will NEVER visit this horrible office again. I waited so long I simply asked for my copayment to be refunded because I probably would have waited 3-4 hours just for a checkup had I not said anything. Please, take my advice and skip this place. There are PLENTY of other functioning primary care offices that you can schedule with that are actually friendly and will see you in well under two hours. I will search for one now. I just wish I could rate this place half a star or less because 1 seems like too much.
