A All Animal Control

Good service. I recommend using them if you have an issue at your home with pests. A All Control got rid of all my skunks and the technician Parry was very professional and knowledgeable to help get the skunks off of my property.

Technician failed to inform me about the trap regulations and then attempted to charge outrageous additional fees. They did not do the agreed upon repairs. They have a service contract that is so fine print and long that it is practically illegible, especially for seniors. When I asked what I was signing because I couldn't read it, they fail to tell you everything that is on the contract. They basically will just show up and put a couple traps out, get hundreds of dollars up front then they never follow up with you, so your lucky if they trap anything. They expect the customer to check the traps every day, I'm a disabled veteran in a wheelchair, but if you touch the trap the will attempt to charge you hundreds of dollars, but of course they don't tell you not to touch them (it's in the fine, fine print long contract). The customer service woman at the main office was rude and unhelpful and will trap you in the unethical contract if you don't take it to an attorney first to decipher it. DO NOT trust this business. Additional complaints from other ripped off customers can be found on the BBB website as well as Google and Yahoo Reviews, unfortunately I did not read them or talk to my neighbors before I hired them. I have since found a reputable, honest company through Critter Control who did all the repairs and trapped all of our destructive pests by setting and checking the traps everyday--basically doing the work I paid for.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of A All Animal Control. The technician that came out was very knowledgable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for safe & effective animal removal services.
