Dr. Hill and his staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and reasonable vetenary. They always follow up with you regarding the pet treatment. We would highly recommend them.

I took my pet the the emergency vet on 321 was given eye drops, but the wrong one. I followed up with Dr. Hill / Michael not Kenneth. Michael said it was a misdiagnosis and gave my pet an oral antibiotic and a different eye drop. The redness an swelling would come and go while I was treating him. After 2 weeks I returned to Dr. Hill (Michael) because something still wasn't right, I was told that he saw no signs of respiratory infection and my cat would be fine, well he's not. Its great that my cat doesn't have a respiratory infection, but what is wrong with his eyes. 3 vet trip 3 different medications and $400 later and the problem is still on going. I'm beginning to get concerned that if I can't find a vet that knows what they're doing when it comes to feline ophthalmology and soon, my cat will lose his vision. I've been taking my pets there for years, and Dr Hill (Kenneth) has always been wonderful with treating my fur babies but now that He's semi-retired and Michael is the "Dr" that primarily treats people's pets I
I'm getting very frustrated. The problem my cat is having has been going on since Halloween and with limited improvement. The Queen or the mother cat had a chronic eye problem but she was feral so I don't know what she had but I think my cat has the same thing. She wondered off and probably died just after leading her kittens to our residence for food but I kept 2 of her kittens and found homes for the other 2. I'm definitely going to try another vet that hopefully can diagnose and treat my cat before he goes blind. Hill Animal Hospital is an okay place to take your pets if all they need are shots or something routine but otherwise you might want to think about taking them elsewhere, BTW I don't recommend the 24 hr. Veterinary Clinic on 321, because they gave my cat, Baby Boy, the wrong eye drops, but I think it depends on the Vet that happens to be on staff when you get there. I have mixed reviews on them.

Dr Hill back in the day was amazing and so is the son Michael but the last few times I've been there at the new facility it's been terrible spent $300 and still didn't fix what was really going on with my baby which is barely 4 lbs beside the fact of blowing her up with fluids terrifying her and myself not fixing anything then the 2nd time I let her talk me into a new allergy shot that it's supposed to be cheaper but its $45 a month it cost me $50 this time and I have to show up every month for this ?? $137.out the door after waiting 2hrs and 15mins I'm not getting it I'm really upset and I'll be looking for a new vet very soon!:(
