        Overall

        This shop is awesome! We were referred here years ago by a friend and have been so happy. Took my Jeep to the dealership and they couldn't fix the problem. Brought it here and they figured it out.



        I always count on his honest oppinion of what can and should be fixed vs what can wait.

        Price Gauging

        Bill Clark does not apply to the state automotive requirements of listing parts as new or used. They overcharge for parts and labor and there have been several times my car was not fixed and I had to take it back where they wanted to charge extra again to figure out the problem.



        I suggest if you ever use them that you get a second opinion before you allow them to "fix" your car and again their prices are exhorbatent!!!!



        I will never recommend or use them again!

        Unfortunately, I wish I would have been able to communicate with this former customer personally. The dispute over the cost of an oil change and service is never worth losing a customer, who was ultimately not charged for this final service. (I never deposited her check) In addition, per California Bureau of Automotive Repair requirements, I comply in full. All parts are considered new, unless listed otherwise. I DO pride myself in making customers happy, and am committed to quality in our repairs and complete customer satisfaction. I hope that ALL of my customers, current and future, understand that this is THEIR repair facility, and my mission is to provide them with above average service, and complete satisfaction. Anything less is unacceptable.
