Dr Hsu is amazing. He made my child feel like a princess. He made sure she wasn't afraid and distracted her very well. Told her stories about princess's and his assistant Brenda O also is Awesome. They took very good care of my princess. I really do recommend them. They made us feel comfortable. Thank you both for everything.

I was in and out in 50 minutes! I had my wisdom teeth from my right side taken out as an emergency appointment. I have no excruciating pain, the staff was lovely, funny and sweet. I definitely recommend to anyone ESPECIALLY adults. I even got refunded 17 bucks. Thank you Kool Smiles :)

Dr. Hsu and Jo were both great with my children. He helped calm my daughter and even gave her a "Elsa Tiara"

Dr. Hsu was absolutely amazing! My 5 year old was nearly impossible to get crowns on and he came to the rescue and made it a fun experience with tge help of his assistant Crystal. Highly highly recommend him!!

My son sure was nervous about getting a baby tooth pulled! His prayers were answered when Dr. Hsu said he was going to let nature do its job and let that baby tooth come out on its own!!! :) Thank you Kool Smiles, Dr. Hsu and Brenda O. you guys are AWESOME!!!!!

Our experience was great Dr.Hsu and his assistant Amanda did an amazing job on my 5yr old he was afraid but they were able to calm him and get the job done!! Amazing job!

They had been good for us they are help full and nice .My niece likes coming here. I would recommend my friends to come here too.

I have been to Kool Smiles several times as a foster parent. One thing I do Not like is there appointment setting done from a call center in another area .. they call and don't know what in the world is going on .. they call with a reminder for an appointment that I do not even have yet and always seem confused .. I took a 3 year old to get 8 crowns and 3 root canals .. she had to be put to sleep so it was not a fun day .. They did give her laughing as before the iv so that part was easy but after she woke up she went into an extreme temper tantrum, punching the worker and me in the face and kicking and screaming for nearly 2 hours .. the bad thing was about 15 to 20 minutes after she got up they led me out a side door and said goodbye .. I then had to carry her kicking and screaming to my truck then had trouble getting her inside and then had to sit in the car for 1/2 hour while she screamed and fell in the floor and kicked .. I will still go back the surgery went well.

They were to fantastic with my son who has a rare disorder. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his assistant miss Davette. They were patient and understanding and above all very fun and did not force my child to do anything you did not want to do. ♡♡♡♡♡

Great people that work here. Dr shoe was very sweet to my daughter. He played princess with her and talked about princesses
