Oaklawn Dental & Implant Center

Staff is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I've scheduled an appointment twice and both times they rejected me telling me I don't have insurance coverage. I HAD MY INSURANCE PERSONALLY CALL THE OFFICE AND THEY STILL TOLD ME THEY CAN'T ACCOMMADATE ME ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT AND THAT I NEED TO RESCHEDULE. I do not recommend this dentist!

I made an appointment one month in advance. Requested 1/2 day off from work. The day before the appointment, I received a call that the dentist would not be in that early and my appointment has to be pushed back. Took the whole day off from work and came in at the new scheduled time. Waited for 1 hour before being assisted. Terrible!!!

Horrible experience. I made an appointment in Sept for Oct. I leave work early and they don't have my appointment in the book and would not accommodate me. Don't recommend this office. Natalie was not helpful at all, seems like they need some customer service training. A waste of a half day and a major inconvenience!!!!!
