Maureen is usually fantastic at making me flowers on the fly but today she was busy getting ready for Mothers day Im sure but her employee that made my flowers for my wife and I's 15th year anniversary was very short non helpful with poor customer service. I understand as small businesses get busy customer service may suffer. Im not bashing the floral shop just on a special occasion like mine it just sucks when your so used to getting treated so well then an employee comes along and makes your hard earned respect crumble from one simple task.

We discovered Signature Floral through a recommendation from a friend who used Maureen with Signature Floral for her wedding. Maureen was a joy to meet with every time. She was so sweet and pleasant, and really knows her products very well. She worked with our budget and we were able to get our flowers under budget. On the day of the wedding, she was very timely with delivery, which made our coordinator's life a lot easier! Maureen's service and affordability are unbeatable!

We know weddings can get a bit expensive, thats why it was so great to come across a vendor who will do "an awesome job" on a "tight budget". Whoever said beautiful buds had to break the bank obviously has not visited Signature Floral Design. Maureen really kept me from stressing-- she took care of everything after we picked the colors and my favorite flowers, Maureen was extremely nice and professional. Ask about her complimentary toss bouquet and comp grooms boutonniere. SFD ----- The Best!

Maureen was absolutley WONDERFUL to work with! She did my wedding and "she GOT my vision"! It was all I expected and more! I could not have dreamed that my wedding day could be as great as it was. I too... was on a budget, yet I realize(d) that some flowers were out of my price range but she was able to create for me the flowers I wanted even though other shops quoted me way... over my budget for the same thing. Maureen was AWESOME! She went out of her way to help make my day wonderful, the flowers were fresh, and outstanding, a much better value than a shop my girfriend used. I believe "Laura" was wayyyyyy off base with her accusations. Many, many of my friends and I have used Maureen,she does NOT deserve the comments "Laura" made ( and anyway 2005?????) She truly deserves an Awesome review! and I am here to give it to her!!! Hoo Ra!!!! She has delivered what was promised. P.S. I have seen the contract that this bride signed, The flower shop 'delivered' what was on the contract! Make your own imformative decision.... do NOT rely on this one bride, that is unjust in my opinion. Maureen was wonderful....awesome and easy to work with, she made MY day special and memorable. I have the pictures to prove it. Go Girls! Maureen... Thank you!
