        Overall

        Liz Carla was realtor on Sellers side of the home we purchased. She helped sellers (they were out of country through the process) hide and conceal MAJOR foundations issues in the house and write a deceitful Sellers disclosure report. She even found and hired an engineer (on behalf of sellers) to say the home needed no piers. 4 weeks later and with clear cracks in the home that had been painted over we had another company come over. home needs 18 piers. Liz Carla was responsible for this. Don't trust her, unless you need to sell a home with major issues, then she's your best bet.
