        Completed both a personal training session and a flex 60 group training, both of which exceeded my expectations. The facility is fabulous with all brand new equipment. Achieves a great balance of maximizing results without causing injury while engaging in full body workouts. Both Lex and Austin are great to work with and I'd recommend looking into this gym if you're looking to hit your fitness goals. You will benefit from immense knowledge of all things body, fitness and health. I loved it!
