Brought my dog here just for routine shots and was very happy with the whole visit. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my pet and have great coupons and prices!

This clinic by far the best clinic! The girls that work here nicole and nikki are amazing and very friendly they really care about our animals and help us out the best they can! Dr. Mo always always does his best to give us the cheapest prices to help our babies. My poor dog named Daisy went here because she had an ear hematoma because of an ear infection. The same day they did her surgery for really cheap prices. Daisy ear now is healed and she is so happy and playful again. THANK YOU DONOVAN!!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY 1 YEAR OLD DOG IS DYING DUE TO THIS VET"S ERRORS!!!!!! We have been taking our dog here since he was a puppy. About 6 months ago he started having a problem with constantly leaking urine. We took him back to Donovan to try and figure out what was going on. They said he had a Urinary Tract infection and treated him with antibiotics....twice. After taking him back for the third time because he was still dripping uring and the antibiotics weren't working the Doctor suggested testing him for a Urinary Tract Infection (by doing a urinalysis and urine culture). I was very upset because why had we already treated him for something two times that they never even tested him for?

We decided to go ahead and get the test, but first reminded the doctor that he just finished his last round of antibiotics a few days ago. He told us the medicine would be out of his system and not effect the test results. After trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone the doctor finally called me back and said that nothing showed up in the urine sample, and it was probably because our dog still had antibiotics in his system. He said WE would have to re-pay for the test, eventhough the error was from his misjudgement.

Ultimatelty, ($1,300 in vet bills later) the doctor told us there was no reason why our dog was dripping urine, and it would probably stop if we got him neutered. We decided to take him somewhere else to have the neutre done, and the vet informed us that our dog had a mass in his abdomen that is bigger then a basketball, and she can not believe another vet looked over this so many times (since she knew it was there simply by touching his stomach). He is leaking uring because this mass is putting pressure on his bladder.

After taking our dog to a specialist for this problem, we learned today that we will have to have him put down. If Donovan Vet would have caught this sooner, our dog could have had an operation that would have saved his life. Instead, our 1 year old dog has to loose his life due to this vet's stupidity. The mass became infected because it has been there for so long and the infection has spread to his other organs, including his heart.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!! The prices may be cheaper, but it is not worth your dogs life!!!!!! I would give anything to take back the decision I made to use Donovan as my dogs vet, if I would have went somewhere else I would not be taking my dog to be put to sleep this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the best vet clinic/hospital I have seen in a long time. Everyone who works there really loves dogs and knows how to interact with them in a unique, genuine kind of way. I would highly recommend this place. Also,to add to that, this place is reasonable with their prices. I hope the service remains the same since customer service is so hard to find these days.
