        Just had my worst experience ever. Arrived at 9:08 am, waited for over 40 mins for blood work of annual exam. 2 guys came after me got called before me and they were also there for blood work. They forgot me there like a fool and told me there was a computer order error, computer order error??? ironic, their computer must have artificial intelligence or been hacked. I was so upset by the excuse then I left, they just don't want to admit they forgot a patient and not respecting his time. or maybe because I am not a white guy so they treated me differently, I don't know.

        I am writing in response to "Karma is True". I have only now become aware of her review. I am the office manager in question:)) This is the first time in my life I've been accused of having poor personal skills, but since I cannot remember this particular instance I apologize for Karma's unpleasant experience. I don't want to make lightly of anyone's experiences or feelings, but I do not believe I was rude or obnoxious. It's conceivable the phones were excessively busy requiring me to place Karma on hold for an extended length of time. We do our utmost best to answer each and every phone call promptly and in the order they are received. I welcome an additional conversation with Karma as it seems we got our wires crossed. Thanks
