        I go to this gym 3 days a week...

        I go to this gym 3 days a week with my friend Mary and the other days I go with my husband Joe. It just seems to be a very comfortable place to go to work out. Not like the other larger gyms that can be overwhelming and off puting. Walking into flex is so very welcoming. The gym is always spotless. The pople working at the front desk are so helpful and welcoming. There is any and every workout machine you could need. Love it... :)

        Flex is a great Gym its off the main road in the rear of Cogliano Plaza.Local neighbors and reidents from the surrounding area,great group of friendly people.

        New and clean all new equipment.Very comfortable enviroment.
