During the recent torrential rain, our roof sprung a leak. Thank goodness I called Crosby Roofing! Each person I dealt with conducted themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. The office staff were so pleasant, the salesman very informative and the repairman were prompt and professional.

The men who came to repair my roof located the issue I had called about and then inspected the rest of my roof to make sure there were no other issues. While on the roof, they noticed some debris in my gutters and cleaned them out for me at no extra charge.

I recommend Crosby Roofing to anyone that has roofing needs - from leak repairs to total roof replacement. They are a very professional and courteous company and have been in business in the Middle Georgia area for a very long time.

The first time we met Patrick from Crosby roofing for an estimate, he saw the damage from Hurricane Matthew in the roof which he immediately tarped so that we wouldn't incur further damage. After hiring them, their professional crew paid attention to detail and safety. They took time to prepare the yard and surrounding area before beginning the job and their clean-up of area afterwards was thorough. We appreciated their timeliness as to fulfilling promised dates. The roof looks great. My wife and I are very pleased!

This was an unprofessional, intimidating, and costly experience. Part of the new roof had to be removed and replaced because they failed to fix what was on the contract. They also caused lots of exterior damaged to my house that he denied but later spent a day repairing. The sheriff was called on him for trespassing (showing up multiple times after canceling- knowing I wasn't home) and they had to be present on the final day because of the loud and childish shouting from the owner that drew attention from my neighbor. This was a terrible experience and I did not deserve this as a customer who spent thousands for a roof.
