Bender's Gym

Equipment has missing pins. It takes forever to have equipment fixed. They tell you that you can use the back room to work out in before you sign up for a membership, but they do not tell you that the back room is closed on the weekends unless you want to pay extra for a personal trainer. The employees that work in the office blatantly talk about customers in front of other customers. I find that totally unprofessional. They do not have bodies that are perfect and yet sit and openly judge multiple customers on a regular basis that are there to actually make positive changes. Very negative and poorly managed environment. So glad to be leaving and heading to Planet Fitness!

I have been a member at other gyms but Bender's offers so much more. Plenty of equipment, trainers, and friendly people!!
