Worst floral company I have ever dealt with. The bouquet that my husband sent was wilted the very next day. When I called to ask for a replacement, they had the audacity to tell me to bring it back for a replacement. When I insisted they deliver a replacement, they were snotty. On top of that the arrangement they delivered was a totally different arrangement. I called and spoke to the manager who actually blamed me for the original bouquet being wilted and he was a complete jerk. Never have I had a flower shop be so rude and unwilling to accommodate to their customers. New to Thanksgiving Point so not too familiar with local flower shops yet. But I can assure you I will NEVER order from the this place for myself or any clients. It's easy to have great customer service when nothing is wrong. But you can tell a lot by how they handle a bad situation, in this case an arrangement that wilted within 24 hrs...They get an F- in my book!

Had Haw floral do the flowers for my son and daughter in law's wedding. We were very happy with all of the flowers, they were just as we had wanted, beautiful and not skimpy! Would recommend to everyone!!

I called in a last minute funeral order to a funeral that was taking place the same day and Haws floral was more than happy to accommodate me. They were friendly and helpful and the container they sent over was just as beautiful as if I would have ordered it days earlier. The family sent me a thank you note saying how gorgeous they were and how much it ment to them to be able to take it home and enjoy it the whole week.I will definitely use them for all my future floral needs.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughters birthday from this florists web site and was more than pleased with what she recieved. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and they were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. The style and qualilty of the flowers was great. I would recomend this florist to anyone!
