I am hard to impress when it comes to customer service, However this company exceeded my expectations. I called and they came out the next day. The trainer was so knowledgeable and trained my dog with care. I love the extra products we bought like the indoor shield and automatic water bowl too.
Very satisfied with I.F. We have a fence as well as a doggie door. Our dogs learned the fence and the door very quickly and we could not be more pleased. The owner and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with as well. I would recommend their products to anyone with dogs or cats.
It is very rare that you find a company that is prompt and professional and Invisible Fence was both. I called them and they came out the next day to give me a free estimate. My pet containment fence AND automatic dog door were installed within the week. They did all the labor and worked with my dogs until they were completely trained. I would highly recommend this company.
