I love the MD at this clinic!!! She is wonderful and takes her time and cares about her patients.

I injured my foot recently, so I went to Prompt Urgent Care to have it looked at immediately. The people there are very friendly and courteous. The doctor who attended me properly explained my injury, and I was out and off to my home in about an hour's time.

We recently visited Prompt Urgent Care in San Antonio and had a great experience. The staff was polite and helped us diligently. The doctors we consulted were quite knowledgeable and assisted us in finding a specialist who could help us further.

This is an urgent clinic that really provides quick care to all the patients. One doesn’t have to wait for long hours to seek medical help. I am really thankful to the doctors and the entire staff of Prompt Urgent Care for taking good care of my daughter.

By far, Prompt Urgent Care is the best when it comes to emergency services. I called upon them last week when my father complained of severe chest pain and difficult breathing. The out-of-the-hospital acute care and safe transportation to the centre is impressive. There are well-equipped emergency rooms too. My husband has been under strict medical supervision because of some major heart condition. Over a weekend, stuck with few engagements, it was impossible for me to get out of town for due checkups and tests. Not getting those done was not an option; but I’m glad I chose Prompt Urgent Care after a friend’s reference. All lab tests were done in good time, got the reports too! Last month, somebody thrashed my car from behind while I was getting back home from work. That sudden thrashing hit my legs badly and my family rushed me to Prompt Urgent Care, where they took me in within no time. The doctor even gave me a physiotherapy assistance and soon, I was back home, all healthy. The best urgent walk in facility in San Antonio. You are doing a great job!

I have to give this to the amazing assistance that Prompt Urgent Care provides, every time, without a glitch. My son got badly injured during a football game and when I rushed to Prompt Urgent, the way the case was handled was so relieving. Panic just went off, the staff took hold of James asap and doctors rushed in. Thank God, the blood loss was limited. These guys are highly recommended!

Another wonderful visit to Prompt Urgent Care! Was seen, treated and released in no time flat. And, as always, the staff was very kind and made you feel cared about. Nothing worse than feeling sick and having to wait around a doc-n-the-box all day, only to be treated rudely when you are finally seen. Prompt Urgent Care always goes the extra mile and it shows!!

Let me start this review by saying I HATE and DISTRUST all doctors, and generally will wait until I am on death’s door before I will be seen. However, this note is to say how HAPPY we are that we discovered Prompt Urgent Care. My fiancee, who is self-employed and does not have insurance, became very sick 48 hours before he was required to drive 1400 miles across the US. The folks at Prompt Urgent Care were very thorough, taking the time to discuss all medical options, and costs with us, making sure all bases were covered, in the most cost effective way possible.



Furthermore, in the few minutes we were waiting for the doctor, I became very ill, and it was quickly apparent I needed to be seen as well. But, I was not made to go back out to the waiting room to fill out paperwork and pay. Prompt Urgent Care treated us both without challenge or worry, helping us fill out the additional paperwork, taking my insurance/payment method, and took care of it for me while I was being seen. They even filed all the paperwork for my pain-in-the-rear-end insurance, who completely covered my visit!



In addition, I really appreciate being seen in the order in which you came in, unlike some of their competitors, who take all the easy money sports physicals, leaving the actual sick people waiting for hours. Their prices are very affordable, unlike their competitors, who are substantially higher for the non-insurance cash clients. And, my insurance, which seems to be a challenge for everyone else, (Cigna), is not a problem for them.



They care about their patients, and you are treated with…KINDNESS, (that means they are nice to you…I know, I was floored…a doctor who cares and is nice?!). Prompt Urgent Care seems to specialize in kindness. And, if you call with any billing issues or questions, they are STILL nice to you. And I know this because I called with a question on my insurance, which they took care of immediately. And finally, I was also very pleased to see they have onsite X-rays, lab testing and vaccinations, along with several other services, which makes them a step above several of their competitors, and gives me, my family and my friends, a new place to go for the majority of our medical needs.



Thank you, Prompt Urgent Care. I am no longer terrified and intimidated to go to the doctor. And that means a lot.

Great urgent care. The staff was very professional and attentive to my injury. I've been to many urgent cares in San Antonio and this was by far the best one.
