Quality Landscape & Garden Center

I am a licensed Landscape Architect in MS and TN. I have known the owner and some of the people who work there for over 15 years. I am always pleased with their work and professionalism. I recommend my clients to use their construction staff as well as their nursery stock. I have personally worked with Vernon on their construction crew and he is one of the best landscape professionals in the mid-south. I even purchase all of the plants for my personal property from Quality Landscape.

Hired them to plant a large Japanese Maple last March. Spent 600.00 for the tree. Tree died by July. Called and they said they would replace it. They put me off till Dec and replaced the tree with a very small 200.00 Japanese Maple. Spoke to someone by the name of Jeff, two different times. He said he would bring me a check for the difference, but the check never showed.

Idiots! They planted a tree - it died. So I called them. They started telling me all the things I did wrong. So I called a friend of mine who works for the forestry service who said they did it wrong when they planted. Said they strangled the tree and piled the mulch too high. So Quality replaced the tree - I told them not to do it the same and that my forestry guy said they did it wrong. He proceeded to insult me, tell me he had been in the business for years and that my forestry guy was wrong. Well, the web confirmed everything my forestry guy friend said and the second tree died! Total morons! They DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! If your tree lives, you are lucky!

I really enjoy shopping here. The prices are good and their advice on planting is right on and helpful.

Quality Landscape & Garden Center has been a lifesaver to me. They have an award winning landscape designer, who came out to my house and talked to me like I was his neighbor. We discussed what I wanted & how I wanted my yard to look including a special rose my grandma used to have. He drew a blueprint design so I could see exactly how it would look. I wasn't sure what some of the plants were, so I went to their garden center and their staff didn't mind showing me the plants on the design, and they were so friendly. After I approved the design, the crew with the nicest crew leader, came and installed the landscaping and you wouldn't know they had a full work force in my yard the day after. Everything was so clean and my yard looks so beautiful and Wow, so professional. I would highly recommend this company.
