Generator Industries

These people were rather expensive for the initial visit. The tech was courteous and very skilled. However, I have been waiting for 3 week to have the correct part installed on my Generac Generator. I have called several times and all I hear is that they are very busy. I get it. And I am sympathetic. But it will end up being 4 weeks until the part is installed. Everyone has been polite. But this does not fix my generator. I would NOT recommend them to other people , due to the long delay for service. David Conlon
