I've used Big Sam Moving two times in the last year. Both times they arrived on time, worked quickly, carefully, and diligently to move my residence.

They were outstanding! Moving is NEVER pleasant, well these guys made my move seem effortless. I recommend them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Booked these clowns weeks in advance, they showed up today, had the most unprofessional attitudes I've seen in any line of work. Saw only my pregnant wife and mother in law in the apartment, in a blatant attempt to hussle them started selling them a bs line about how it will take 3 grown men 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom apt containing 3 pieces of furniture and a handful of boxes. When my wife said lets see what we can get done in the agreed upon 4 hours and if we run over we'll pay extra, they said we gotta go make some phone calls and just drove off leaving us stranded on labor day weekend with my lease set to expire on Monday. The manager was unapologetic and unhelpful on the phone. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Wouldn't wish these people on my worst enemy.
