        For everyone in the contracting or skilled trades business - THIS is the way to operate.



        Jim came out to our house the same day we reported a sewage backup. Shortly after arriving, he quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue. He also clearly explained exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Every step of the process was completely transparent and I never felt taken advantage of.



        The job was fixed in less than an hour and everything appears to be A-OK with our plumbing system. I highly recommend Jim Peterson plumbing to everyone and we will certainly be using his services again when needed.
