Dr Rodriguez saved my Josh, who had distemper as a little puppy. He called Josh his "Poster Child" for distemper. He lived to be 15 years old, thanks to Dr. Rodriguez!

The facility is not very sanitary. My dog when in healthy and while was in their care became sick. They called me while on vacation and told me my dog had parasites that caused diarrhea and it would be $80.00 dollars to treat the infection. Now my dog had all his shots and everything; now the only way he would have gotten a parasite is if he ate another dogs poop!

So, that tells me that they do not clean up after every dog that goes outside. So, to me they should have never charged me for the parasite infestation! The facility was cheap on the rates but, them either make up crap to charge you extra. If you love your pet don't take them there please!

The staff (excluding Dr. ___) are exceptionally friendly and give excellent customer service. This place is great for regular check-ups. However, if you have a life threatening emergency, you may not want to take your beloved friends here. Dr. ___'s knowledge base, ability to think ahead and be prepared, and bedside manner are significantly lacking. Our beloved is now gone due to negligence and ill preparation. After our beloved passed away, he yelled at us accusing us of questioning his skill. We hadn't up until he was yelling at us and then we started to wonder if he felt some kind of guilt. The answer was obvious. We will not take our other pets here. It is sad that our baby had to suffer so.

I have been taking my cats to Schertz Animal Hospital in Cibolo, TX for over ten years. They are the best!

My dogs like coming here to see Dr. Rodriguez, he is always so caring and lovable towards them and my dogs usually don't like no one, they always bark and go all crazy. Dr. R is super cool he takes care of my dogs and does an awesome job at it too thank you. oh also thank you too Ashlee your great too with my Denver & Rider :) over all experience here I love it!

I love Schertz Animal Hospital the atmosphere here is awesome, its really clean, the staff & doctors are all so very nice and helpful. This is a great office, and is one of the best animal hospital I have seen. my overall experience with them has been more than excellent. 5 stars all the way!

Every staff member here is wonderful I have never seen anyone be rude or mean. They all are so helpful as well and hard workers. The facility is very well taken care of. Thank you Dr.Rod for being so awesome and being so nice to my pets :). I always have a great experience when I come in.

Dr. Rod is great and so is the staff, they all are always so wonderful every time snowflakes and I come in for her regular check up. Just keep doing what you guys are doing, you guys are great!

I always get great caring service when I come in. I love Dr. Mossberg always very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns, Ginger is also very nice to me as well. :)
