Excellent job in just 2 days. Jaime came out and did the walkthrough and the quote was great. Complete new central air system in old house completed May 28, just in time for the heat. Dave and the crew were very professional and efficient getting it installed and operational in that short of time. Very respectful of property. Everything neat and cleaned up when job finished. Highly recommend their service.

I did not have a good experience with Campbell Heating and Cooling. It was disappointing to say the least. They were hired to pull a permit and install duck work for my home. The permit was pulled only after I inquired about it. The duck work was installed, however half of my home does not receive air flow. I contacted the company requesting service and was told by their employee that there was an issue with the duck work, he wasn't sure how to fix it and he would have his manager contact me. He also believed an additional visit would be needed. After I did not hear from anyone, I began calling the company. Our only communication was a bill. Three months later I finally get a call back. After going back and forth with Jaime, no solution has been decided and he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend anyone use this company. Although they were able to provide me with a quick response, I would prefer to wait and have the job completed correctly.

Disappointing experience. Received a quick appt. for a quote but never received the quote after the service man came out. Called the office 2 wks later and was promised a call back. No return call 2 weeks after that. I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service.

There are a few companies left that have Campbell Cooling's mentality. They are a family run business who actually makes sure my needs have been met, without trying to empty my bank account! We were in the middle of a heat wave and I couldn't get my A/C to run. Even though they were busy, they found the time to come out and get my unit running that same day. If it wasn't for them my family would have put me in the dog house. Not only would I recommend using this company, but I am now a loyal customer who will be using Campbell Cooling for all my future heating/cooling needs!

I recently moved into a home and became instantly bombarded by oil company phone calls and fliers. I asked friends and family from this area for recommendations about whom I should use for an oil service. Many recommended Barney Barker's Oil. From the initial visit , I am completely satisfied with this companies reliability and consistent service, as well as its reasonable price. After several visits, I continue to recommend this company's service due to good customer service and reasonable prices.

This company is a total scam. After they receive payment, forget about getting service or this company standing by its work. They will give you all kinds of bogus reasons to scam you into paying for items they did not address in the first place. DO NOT use this company for any HVAC or heating service or repair. Paid $863 to service AC. The job was not done right and after several follow-up phone calls they have failed to address the issue. Barney Baker Oil Company is their sister company that sells heating oil and does maintenance work. Expect the same type of unprofessional and poor service from this company.

Absolutely the worst experience with this company. Contracted them to service boiler. Did not do the job well; no customer service. Completely unprofessional. This company also sell heating oil + operates HVAC business under Campbell Cooling Co. Stay away from Barney Baker & Campbell Cooling. It will save you much headache and frustration.

Great service. Reasonable pricing. Called for same day delivery. They were prompt and professional. I will surely use them again and would recommend to friends and coworkers.
