The Cleaning Authority

After using The Cleaning Authority for several months, I was disappointed to find out that the passcode to our automatic garage door opener was given to the entire cleaning crew. We had 20+ different cleaners in our house during this time. I felt the security of our home was compromised to have given the passcode to this many people. Our house was broken into through the use of the garage door security code. In reporting this incident to the Police, it became clear through their questioning that the only people who had access to the security code was our immediate family and The Cleaning Authority crew. We received no apology, no empathy, or reimbursement from this company regarding our loss.
