        INSTALLATION IN 2013 WAS SATISFACTORY. GOOD CREW. NICE PEOPLE. HOWEVER, SERVICE ON PROBLEMS THAT HAVE COME UP HAS NOT BEEN CHEERFULLY FORTHCOMING EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A 5 YEAR WARRANTY IN EFFECT. COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT GOOD, AND I FIND MYSELF CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MICH. STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.
