Joann's Ruff Cuts

Joanne and the staff are very competent and super cooperative! I prefer to put patronize local businesses versus large chain operations such as Petco or PetSmart, and had my 16 mo old Bernese Mountain Dog in for their services 3 times and each time they've done a magnificent job with his thick coat is undercoat and the unavoidable smell that he picks up in his daily travels. Joanne and staff our experts with his type of hair and they always do an excellent job, very well worth the price, an excellent value! I highly recommend looking ahead a few days in advance.

I have two Shih Tzu's that I groom on a daily basis. They are both in show coat. There are just some things I cannot bring myself to do (nail cutting and pulling the hair out of the ears) so I got a recommendation from my vet to try JoAnn's Ruff Cuts. I am so happy with her. She does a great job, loves the dogs and treats them well, everything is done where you can see and her salon is clean. Not fancy but clean. Besides I'm not going there for wine or coffee I just want a nice place with a great groomer to tidy up my dogs and JoAnn does it. Her prices are more than reasonable. I highly, highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.

I have a little mill rescue dog and wanted to find an experienced groomer for her for her first grooming and one that wouldn't have to keep her in a crate for too long. JoAnn was wonderful with her and had her in and out in about an hour and she looks wonderful.

Our Border collie absolutely loved going here, right up until he passed away at age 14. JoAnn made him look and feel fantastic, and he got so excited to be taken care of by her. Her work is amazing, and she really cares about her doggies.

I have been taking my two poodles to JoAnn for over 4 years and she does an amazing job :) the girls love it there and are always so happy when I pick them up. I noticed the previous review about fleas and I take my girls there every 4 weeks and they have never come home with fleas and I have never heard anybody else mention it and I have quiet a few friends taking their dogs there also :) I really recommend the salon.

The girls are really friendly and they do a great job BUT unfortunately, my dog has come home from both visits with fleas. :-( the first time I thought it was a coincidence, but the second time I knew....it's a shame because they have great prices and do a great job, but dealing with fleas on your little baby afterwards isn't worth it. :-(
