Two Brothers Self Service Dog Wash

I took my dog there for grooming on 6/15/17. I am only giving the place 3 stars because the grooming service was excellent. The customer service is awful. I had previously received a grooming quote of $44 to $56 for my 33 pound dog. When I picked up my dog the grooming bill was $71. When I questioned the amount and told the young man I had previously received a quote, he said there was no way he would have ever quoted that amount. He said he would have quoted me at least $63 for my 33 pound dog.
So if you decide the take your dog there to be groomed, get the quote in writing (email or text). Don't trust the person on the other end of the phone to honor the quote they give you over the phone.

This is the BEST Dog Grooming place I have ever been to an believe me I've been to quite a few. First when you walk in everything is so clean and neat and the employees are always so friendly. There are no cages with barking dogs all stressed out waiting to be taken care of! When they handle your dogs they are so loving, massaging them, talking to them, like its their own dog. I have Chihuahuas and their my babies and they actually hold them while they clip their nails and its so amazing to watch their faces not stressed out, they look so relaxed. Every where else they always put the noose around their necks, I've seen them hanging a couple of times and 1 time Petco caught my dogs tail in the nail grinder and ripped off half his tail. So I just love this place for really caring about my babies. I been their 3 different times and each time it was GREAT! So I just had to tell everyone about this place! You'll go once and you'll never go anywhere else! I Promise! Thank You for caring!

Great costumer service!!!!! Nice people who help you with everything! Lots of supplies to work with and my dog walked out smelling like a Queen!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!

So I stopped in to check this place out liked the atmosphere, so I came back and washed my husky. Super helpful staff they taught me how to use everything let me make a huge.mess (not by choice, bear in mind I said husky) and gave me some pointers. Very pleasent experience Frosty and I will be back.
