I am not a happy camper this time.
I ordered nail clip for one of my dogs, it was charged but not done. This time I had to either pay for the meals separately or buy a bag of food for my two dogs (this is new). Last time I used this place for onboarding of my pet, the food was included on the onboarding fee. I also paid for a bed, so my dogs have a cushion inside the kennel. For my surprise, my dogs did not have the bed at the time I picked them up. The employee who helped me with check out, he went back inside and did not find a bed inside the kennel my dogs used.
To make things worse and when I talked to Mr. Alex who said that is one of the owners. Mr. Alex was very unprofessional, talked over me, his tone was very condescending and rude as he tried to make me believe that the nail clipping was done and that the bed was in the kennel. If Mr. Alex is rude to customers, I wonder how the employees are treated...
Then Mr. Alex called me back with his findings as agreed. He assured me that the nail clip was done even though I was looking at my dog’s long nails. For this issue Mr. Alex wanted to bring my dog back so they can do the nail clipping. For the bed issue, Mr. Alex said that I should be ok because they gave me a new bed from the shelf when I picked up my dogs. They had to get a bed from the shelf because I asked about the bed I had paid for.
I urge all customers to make sure you get what you paid for, gladly there are several places our lovely and furry members or the family can go to.
