Pennington Investigations

I happened upon Pennington Investigations just weeks before a scheduled court appearance. I hired an attorney and filed a case against my ex as to the safety of his home while our daughter was in his care. As he lives in Anderson and I live in Indianapolis, it was difficult for me to gather any solid evidence to prove my concerns. I contacted Pennington Investigations via their website and I was contacted by an investigator the very next morning. My investigator listened to my concerns with a sympathetic ear. My investigator even contacted my attorney. Between myself, the investigator, and my attorney, we devised a plan to gather as much evidence as we could in the short time allowed. My investigator spent the next two weekends in Anderson gathering many photos of the unsafe living conditions at the home. My investigator kept in close contact with me during the investigation. I have since been to court and all of the photos were admitted as evidence. I was also provided a written statement as to his findings from my investigator. My investigator was even available to testify in court had it been necessary. I have more confidence in my case since contacting Pennington Investigations. My case has been taken under advisement by the court. While I won't know until the court makes a ruling, it is my belief that the court was just as sickened as I was with the home and the photographic evidence my investigator provided will help to result in a ruling in my favor.
