        Before I called the Port Arthur shop, I went to their website to check the inventory of all the Bmt/Port Arthur shops. The website showed that the Port Arthur shop had only 2 of the 4 tires I needed, and the shop next to Parkdale Mall had 9.



        So I called the Port Arthur store. The employee stated they only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed. I asked him to check to see if any other Discount Tire shops in Bmt. had the other 2 tires I needed. He stated that he checked, and sure enough NO other Bmt. shops have them. Due to the inventory discrepancy online, I called the Bmt. shop for clarity. The employee stated that they do have my tires and as a matter of fact, they have 9 of them! So now I get to go clear across town to get my new tires put on my vehicle. I guess they weren't hurting for the payment of a customer purchasing 4 new tires with road hazard.



        I usually have good service with the Port Arthur store, which is why I gave this review 3 stars.
