Ideal Dental Plano

my wife Had X-rays , 2 crowns placed, fillings and teeth cleaned at that time. My wife had to go back multiple times to get one of the crowns adjusted. Over a year later, and she still to date feels the crown is not properly aligned. The main reason why I am upset is they ran the X-rays through my dental insurance instead of my wife's. Our dental insurance only allows one set of X-rays per person every year. When I had my teeth cleaned, X-rays were done but MetLife dental insurance refused to pay for them since it looked like I already had X-rays done. I have since spoken with MetLife five times,. They required ideal dental to resubmit under the right person, and also write that I was not their patient. My wife called MetLife today, they have not received any documents. Since I do not want the bill from my dentist to go to collections, I will pay out of pocket tomorrow and call it a day. If am hoping this review saves anyone the headache that my wife and I have gone through
